Summer Solstice Sunrise Flow

Please join us in movement and mindfulness as we flow through 108 sun salutations in celebration of the summer solstice! Not only will we strengthen our bodies and minds, we will build community, share refreshments, and raffle a gift card to one lucky attendee.
This event is suitable for all levels of fitness as the flow is self-paced and modifications will be offered. Capacity is limited to 30 persons. Indoor and outdoor options available.
