Join us just before the lunch hour to quiet the mind in community with others. We will spend about 45 minutes doing a blend of the following: a quick check in, grounding with breath, a short reading followed by silence or guided meditation, and a check out. We will explore a variety of techniques to help improve equanimity, mental clarity, and self-compassion.
