Join us for a weekly 90 minute yoga class exploring the 7 major chakras. Learn what they are, how to identify them in yourself and ways to balance and activate them through movement, breathing, mantra and visualization. Each week we will focus on one chakra starting with the 1st chakra, the Root and work our way up the body all the way to the 7th and most subtle chakra, the Crown. Come deepen your yoga practice, understanding of self and learn tools for self regulation to help balance the body and mind.
