Teen Process Group

The Center For Healing Arts & Sciences is here for your Teens Process Group.

Our Teen Process Group provides a nurturing environment for young people to transform their overwhelm into possibility & purpose by connecting, relating, and healing together. Through a combination of mindfulness, creative activities, and peer support, participants will enhance their self-esteem, emotional awareness, and experience stress reduction.

Thursday afternoons 4:30-6 pm
